JON GASTER – Managing Partner

Overall Project Design, Management and Delivery

Jon has over twenty years experience bringing new digital (video/data) technologies and workflows into enterprises. He followed an IBM career by creating and deploying new digital workflow technologies for the entertainment Industry.  He has since focused exclusively on drone video/data and has managed video and data strategy, acquisition, and exploitation projects for over ten years. Jon’s experience includes video/data solutions for large UAS (DoD) as well strategies designed to deliver meaningful ROI from smaller platforms in use commercially today. He is a leading practitioner in the commercial drone video/data world. He was a founder of  KSI Data Sciences that developed technology to enable real-time video collaboration between drone operators and remote users. He regularly speaks on drone data topics at industry conferences. He delivers real-world, practical strategies necessary for organizations to maximize the ROI of their investments in drone technology

PER KRISTIAN FRYDENLUND HAGA (PK)  – Managing Partner Europe

Overall Project Design, Management and Delivery

PK is steeped in the drone, network and technology worlds. As a co-founder and CEO for Robot Aviation AS, he led the company from start-up through several funding rounds and established operations in in Notodden (Norway), Warsaw (Poland) and Grand Forks ND US. He has been in the drone business for more than 15 years and his technical expertise is matched by his business development skills which has enabled his companies to thrive in both the government and commercial sectors. He has deep experience of both start-up and enterprise environments and he is able to bring significant value to any entity seeking to start or expand their use of drones or remote sensors. PK also brings his own network of domain experts allowing Integrated Operations to offer a truly seamless pan-European viewpoint.

MIKE SEBAUGH – Project Manager

Workflow and Drone Video/Data Post-Processing Expert

After completing his degree in Mechanical Engineering at California State University, Long Beach, Mike joined Gahagan & Bryant Associates, Inc. doing survey, construction management and design work for major port development projects.  Pier 400, Port of Los Angeles Main Channel Deepening and Port of Long Beach Pier T Construction were a few of the projects on which his work was instrumental.  Mike was a lead in the implementation of new data collection methods and sensors including Multi-beam sonar, Side Scan Sonar and marine based LIDAR.  He joined the KSI team as head of engineering and development in 2016 and began managing the development and release of their video/data streaming and asset management platforms.

CORT FRITZ – Technology Strategist

Cloud, Scale, Integration, Data Distribution.

Cort has been leading technology teams since 1995. His teams have built global-scale, consumer-grade systems for Xbox, Creative Artists Agency, Accenture, Virgin, Disney, Yahoo, MTV, Showtime, and many other global brands. He moved to Microsoft from Creative Artists Agency in Los Angeles where, since 2007, Cort had been a senior technology executive with responsibilities including owning Operations, Program Management, eDiscovery, data analysis and business anthropology and prototyping. Before CAA Cort was a strategy consultant to media companies worldwide including Viacom, Walt Disney Studios Advanced Technology, Showtime Digital, Time Warner Cable, Telecom Italia and Network 9 Australia. Cort was Vice President of Data Systems for Launch.com, an online radio service that was acquired by Yahoo! and became Yahoo! Music.  Earlier in his career Cort had a number of consulting, management and engineering roles with Sequoia Softworks (now Solien), TRW Financial (now Experian), Recycler Classifieds (acquired by Tribune).  He has just finished leading Microsoft teams of technologists operating across the Americas, Europe, and Asia who are building services supporting a $3Bn business with an 80% CAGR.

KYLE SNYDER – Regulatory Strategy and Implementation

Kyle Snyder

Kyle has had a 20+ year career in the aerospace and aviation community committed to integrating advanced technologies for expanding the use of the air transportation system without compromising safety.  The integration of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS/drones) into the national airspace system and the emergence of digital connectivity in air transportation operations is creating a dynamic renaissance in the history of aviation.  Kyle’s strength is developing aviation product strategies that require a balance of technical, operational, policy, and historical knowledge. He has relationships across the drone and manned aviation worlds including NASA, FAA, State and Local Governments and various industry associations. He has held positions at Georgia Institute of Technology, Lockheed Martin and NASA and has an MS in Mathematics and an MBA in Aerospace from the University of Tennessee

CHRIS KEON – Director of Operations

Chris Keon

Chris is a Retired U.S. Army Non-Commissioned Officer and also served in the U.S. Navy. He has extensive experience in the Small Unmanned Aerial Systems (SUAS) industry as a Master Trainer and served as an SUAS Operator during a fifteen-month deployment to Operation Enduring Freedom with the 82nd Airborne Division. He has also served in various positions such as, Disaster Preparedness Coordinator, Law Enforcement Officer, Firefighter, Hazmat Technician and Operations and Logistics Supervisor during his military career. Chris is currently a volunteer Firefighter, EMT, and a Public Safety Diver.

Michelle Aultman

Michelle brings over 25 years of Information Technology (IT) engineering experience with a M.S. in Information Assurance from Norwich University, which is recognized by the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) as a Center for Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense.  She started her career in the Air Force as an Intel Systems Analyst and was an integral member in spiral level software development, design and test and evaluation of Intelligence Systems.  After separating from the Air Force, she began architecting and designing data centers to securely process and disseminate real-time intelligence to provide a common operating picture across the Department of Defense (DoD) enterprise.  This was followed by the development of advanced algorithms for ingesting large unstructured data in support of her DoD customers involved with Project Liberty, Gorgon Stare and other NGA programs. Michelle is an expert on processing and handling full-motion video (FMV) she developed techniques to integrate automatic object recognition of images within a live streams of full-motion video (FMV) with the ability to automatically tag the image(s) and has deployed advanced computer vision and deep neural networking to create a toolset to apply in-real time actionable intelligence.
